Cancellation Policy

You can change your mind about purchasing from us, but only before your order is shipped.

  • Before Payment: If you haven’t paid for your order yet, you can easily cancel it yourself.
  • After Payment: If you’ve already paid, you’ll need to contact our customer service to cancel the order.
  • After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If we have already started processing or manufacturing your order, we cannot guarantee cancellation or changes. This is especially true for custom-made items.

How to Cancel Before Paying

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to “My Orders.”
  2. Open the order you wish to cancel.
  3. Click “Delete this order” and confirm your cancellation.

How to Cancel After Paying

  • Before Shipment: Contact our customer service to cancel your order. We will refund your payment, excluding any custom-made items.
  • After Shipment: Cancellations are not possible once the order has been shipped.

What Doesn’t Qualify for a Refund?

To maintain transparency, here are the conditions under which refunds are not applicable:

  • Items that have been misused or mishandled.
  • Products showing wear and tear beyond normal testing.
  • Returns are initiated after the 30-day return period.

Refund Breakdown

  • Changed Your Mind or No Longer Needed: You will receive a refund for the product cost. Note that shipping and VAT charges are non-refundable.
  • Incorrect or Damaged Items: You are entitled to a full refund, including product cost and associated shipping/VAT charges.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be charged for items returned due to unwanted or incorrect orders placed.
  • Depreciation Costs: Charges may apply for misused or broken items and in cases of refunds on special requests.
