Order Processing
- Weekend and Bank Holidays: Orders placed after 1 p.m. on Friday or during the weekend will be shipped the next business day (Monday). Orders placed on bank holidays will be shipped the following business day (Monday or Tuesday), except during Christmas and New Year holidays.
Modifying Your Delivery Address
- Need to Change Address? Contact our customer service department promptly if you need to modify your delivery address after placing an order.
Order Cancellations
- Cancelling Orders: Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. Any unwanted products must be returned to us.
- Refund Eligibility: Notify us within 30 days of delivery if you wish to cancel your order to be eligible for a refund.
In Case of Delivery Errors
- Inspection and Packaging: All items are inspected, wrapped, and sealed before delivery to ensure you receive the correct order.
- Report Issues: Contact us immediately if there are any issues with your order, such as missing, inaccurate, or damaged items.
Delivery to a Different Address
- Alternative Delivery Address: You can have items delivered to a different address than your billing address. Fill out all the necessary information at checkout.
- Verification: Ensure all contact information is correct, as we may need to contact you for further information. The billing address must match the address where your card is registered.
Delivery Day Expectations
- Signature Required: All packages must be signed for upon delivery.
- Missed Delivery: If no one is available to sign, the package will be returned to the local depot by Royal Mail. You have 14 days to pick up the item from the nearest Royal Mail facility with a photo ID.
Shipping Notifications
- Order Shipped Notification: You will receive an email once your order has been packed and shipped.
- Delivery Slot Notification: On the day of delivery, the courier will send you an SMS with a 1-hour delivery time slot.

Royal Mail Delivery Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturday: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

- Unexpected Delays: You will be informed by email if an item takes longer to restock and ship.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the items in your order. Here are the details:
- For items up to 2 kg: The shipping cost is £3.99.
- For items between 3 kg and 5 kg: The shipping cost is £6.99.
- For items between 5 kg and 7 kg: The shipping cost is £9.99.
Out of Stock Items
- Delays: Delivery will be delayed until the item is restocked. Contact our customer support staff for further information.
Delivering to Workplaces
- Existing Customers: You can place a new order over the phone and have it delivered to your workplace.
- First-Time Customers: We can only deliver to your home address for first-time purchases.
Weekend Delivery
- Available: Orders placed before 9 p.m. on Friday will be delivered on Saturday.
Missed Deliveries
- Second Attempt: If you miss your delivery, the courier service will leave a calling card and attempt delivery the next day. After two failed attempts, your order will be returned to us.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable as they are charged by the courier company.
